Today company 54 members kept busy with 6 calls for the day. This morning faced with snow, sleet and freezing rain County dispatched box 54-7 for a roof collapse. Chief 54 arrived and confirmed a roof was bowing on a Mobile Home. Utility 54 and A 54-1 transported the home owner to other housing and the scene was turned over to the park manager. E-54-1, Utility, R-88 and Londonderry EMS.

Next up was a crash reported a vehicle had left the Turnpike and was in the woods off of Schoolhouse Road near the Anglers and Hunter. E-54 arrived and advised the car was over the guard rail in the woods with no Injuries. and the box was placed in service. E-54, E 54-1 OIC 54 and Londonderry EMS.

Crews then went for trees and wired on 441. E-54.

Then a reported structure fire in Middletown Borough at the Pineford complex E-54 placed in service.

As crews were returning from the Pineford call, County dispatched a second structure fire on Hoffer street which turned out to be a dryer vent E-54 again in service.

The last call was for a Tanker assist to Lancaster County, Mt. Joy borough for a 3 alarm fire. Crews on scene were having problems with frozen hydrants and needed tankers for water supply. For more info about the fire click the following link below.
