County dispatched company 54 for an accident with possible entrapment on 283 in the area of Toll House Road. Chief Shellenhamer arrived to find a car into the nearby woods and advised of negative entrapment and assumed command. E-54 and E54-1 arrived and assisted EMS with PT extrication, securing the vehicles and providing lighting. Utility 54 closed down the right lane of traffic for units operating.
