County dispatched Company 54 to the intersection of Route 230 and Cedar Ave. for wires arching. Engine 54 (Captain Kandrac) and Engine 54-1 (Deputy Chief Nissley) were just getting ready to start weekly training responded with Staffing of 7. The Company arrived to find one electric pole down and into a building, another pole had sheared off at the top with wires down across an unoccupied vehicle and wires down with burn marks across the grass. Engine 54 and 54-1 crews checked the building the interior of the building for damage. Met Ed was in the area and arrived to secure the scene and the box was placed in service.
