County dispatched box 76-4 for an accident on the PA turnpike West Bound in the area of mile marker 251. Engine 54(Chief Shellenhamer) went en route and county advised a tractor trailer had rear ended a vehicle with reports of entrapment and other reports of no injuries. Engine 54 arrived and found a tractor trailer had a small SUV pinned between the trailer and and the concrete barrier with 1 Pt lying under the trailer and 4 other vehicles involved. While en route another accident occurred in front of Utility 54. Engine 54-1(Chief -1 Nissley) stopped and checked on injuries at this accident. County advised of a possible third accident at Mile Marker 253. Company 54 units were already committed and LebCo Company 3(Lawn) and Rescue 48 were dispatched to this accident. Those units did not find anything. While units were operating on the turnpike Tanker 54 was dispatched on a 48 box for smoke in a structure. Turnpike 251 command had 5 Pt's transported and assisted turnpike. Units cleared the event.
