County dispatched Ambulance 54-1 to assist PSP with a traumatic injury on 283 East bound by the county line. Ambulance 54-1 arrived to find a bus that had blown an inner rear wheel tire. Part of the tire went through the floor injuring an occupant riding in the bus. Ambulance crew packaged the patient and transported to University Hospital
