Just after 15:00 County dispatched the company to a brush fire to the rear of David's Nursery on Hoffer Road. Engine 54-1, Utility 54 and Tanker 54 went enroute and county advised a Fire Policeman was on the scene reporting a small area of field on fire. Engine 1 and the Tanker arrived and began to hit the hot spots with booster reels and extinguish a controlled burn. Utility 54 went available due to no traffic hazards.
